Its platform enables providers to accept insurance and also provides a member directory, client-matching service, scheduling, and billing functions, as well as education, training, and a community for support.

To succeed in this Board Member position, you must be of SVP level-plus in your day-
to-day job with a history in Mental Health and an understanding of the needs of
people from diverse backgrounds.
You will have an inclusive and collaborative approach alongside a deep
understanding of DE&I and how you can create pathways within this established
business for people from all backgrounds to thrive, grow and bring on the next
generation of leaders.
You will also have the following attributes:
● A deep understanding of the Mental Health industry with significant Operations,
HR, and DE&I experience
● Experience growing and shaping culture
● Helping the leadership team establish their vision, mission, and value
● A passion for and expertise in DE&I and its people and commercial benefits
● Setting strategy, structure and OKRs
