Job Duties and Responsibilities: What you will be doingHigh-level job responsibilities:We are seeking a Technical Product Manager - Apple/Android Integration, to join our Retail Wireless Product team. As the owner of the digital platform product, the product manager will define the 5G back-end services offering, extensible to future services. Through engagement with business stakeholders and technical teams, scope will be prioritized so timeline commitments can be made based on business targets. A combination of relentless focus on customer needs, wireless market trends and everything new that 5G enables at scale, will define product success.Day-to-day job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Set product priorities and time-to-market objectives through engagement with business stakeholders, focusing on execution;Deeply engage with technical teams to build out the functionality needed across back-end systems in the cloud and on-device software, including what is delivered by third parties;Through ruthless prioritization, define the minimum viable product, manage the timeline and remove or overcome the obstacles to on-time success;Identify, articulate, and communicate opportunities for value proposition, differentiation and validation through data collection and analytics. Skills, Experience and Requirements: Skills and ExperienceHigh-level qualifications:A Successful Technical Product Manager - Apple/Android Integration, will have:10 - 15 years of experience in product owner or product management roles, in a wireless or Internet services environment;A deep and proven understanding of the US wireless market, the wireless carrier perspective, wireless device software and wireless carrier back-end systems;A sound technical understanding of wireless software, cloud software and tools;Proven experience working with Apple/Android products and services;An independent self-starter mentality, not shying away from ambiguous situations and addressing challenges quickly.
