The product teams are key enablers of our success, immersing themselves in every aspect of the product development lifecycle from strategy ideation to launch execution and everything in between. Job Duties and Responsibilities: What you will be doingWe are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy critical thinker to manage a growing and innovative device portfolio as we launch new products into the retail wireless marketplace. The successful Technical Portfolio Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop a robust roadmap of non-handset consumer devices that includes accessories, Internet of Things (IoT) and SIMs. He or she will define key performance metrics that are aligned with the Strategy and Analytics teams to guide portfolio decisions and drive company growth. In this role, you will:Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to identify key consumer needs;Work closely with go-to-market (GTM) teams to bring consumer devices and accessories to launch;Manage vendor partnerships related to product planning and device or accessory offerings;Research and prioritize market trends for the wireless industry;Work cross-functionally with Product Development to ensure compatibility with engineering requirements. Skills, Experience and Requirements: Skills and ExperienceIdeal Product Manager - Accessories candidates have:Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or an equivalent combination of experience and education;Seven or more years of relevant work experience in vendor and strategic relationship management;Experience working on portfolio strategy, product planning, product marketing or VAS program management in the telecommunications space;Strong business/financial acumen and analytical skills.
