Overview: LSAC is a not-for-profit corporation devoted to promoting and furthering the quality, access, and fairness of the law school admission process by providing core products and services to law school candidates and law schools in the United States and throughout the world. LSACs mission is to advance law and justice by encouraging diverse and talented individuals to study law and by supporting their enrollment and learning journeys from prelaw through practice.Summary of Position:We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager to join our team and help drive the evolution of products within our LawHub product suite specifically Prelaw Learning. Prelaw - Learning provides learning content that develops a students skills across a wide-range of areas.This role is for you if you love to take on new challenges and build innovative new products in the learning space. Your ability to be a team player, research, be creative, communicate, build relationships, display grit, lead, and listen will determine the future of the product. This is an interdisciplinary role, and you will work with other Product Managers, Solution Architects, Development Team members and the Business Development team to deliver world-class learning products, features, and content. Responsibilities: Understand the vision and mission of LawHub overall and work with Product Leads, other Product Managers, internal & external stakeholders, and LSAC management to envision products and new features that support both the vision and the stakeholder needs Collect feedback from all stakeholders on LawHub - Prelaw Learning products, new learning concepts and learning needs at different stages of the journey to help maintain and improve current products as well envision future products and features. Specifically, contribute to the creation of a comprehensive strategy and roadmap; gain buy-in and drive execution specific to Learning Technology, Content and Delivery. In collaboration with members of the team, prioritize learner needs and new product features based on metrics including value to the user, fit with the vision, and ROI (value and fit versus effort) Translate prioritized new products and product features into user stories working with a cross-functional team of marketing, experience designers and technical architects to ensure that stories are well-defined and understood by team before being worked Collaborate with the development team to implement new products / features of the Prelaw Learning experience within LawHub Create release notes for new LawHub - Prelaw Learning features and products Collaborate with other Product Managers to balance the technical dept with upcoming product features and develop implementation strategies Evangelize the vision for both LawHub & LawHub - Prelaw Learning, as well as supporting products both within LSAC, as well as externally. Demo LawHub - Prelaw Learning, new features and new or associated products to stakeholders Assist operations resources in managing a network of content & services providers Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.Background in EdTech with at least 3 years of product management experience preferably of digital learning platform/application, content management system (CMS), and/or learning management system (LMS)Understand learning experience methodologies and practices Understand accessibility compliance and standards guidelinesPassion about the education space (preferably legal education) and providing a more personalized learning experiences at every stage of the individuals journeyFamiliarity or prior working experience with utilization of recommendation algorithms / systems to present relevant content to end userKnowledge of and working experience with Agile methods and principles preferably KanBanLogical reasoning ability to break down large value driven components and prioritize themOutstanding relationship skills, presentation, and leadership skills.Creative thinker with a visionSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience throughout the discovery-through-admissions journey is added bonusLSAC actively seeks to foster greater levels of diversity in our workforce and in our pipeline of future leaders.
