Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager, Market Partner Experience is responsible for the productstrategy,vision, roadmap, and delivery of websites, tools, and applications to help Monats Market Partners successfully run their businesses.Reporting to Monats Sr. VP and Chief Technology Officer, and working with key stakeholders, the Sr. Product Manager will use his/her background and knowledge to ensure business needs are understood and are properly translated into the requirements for technology products and capabilities, with focus in Supply Chain, R, Customer Service, Finance and HR. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to identify and engage with stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications to ensure all are kept informed at an appropriate level.As a Sr. Product Manager, the person in this role will be the driving force for ensuring Agile principles and practices are understood and properly enacted within the product management team and when working with stakeholders.Working in close collaboration with the Market Partner IT Applications Engineering Leader and his/her organization, the Sr. Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the creation of high-value products. Responsibilities: Lead agile, cross-functional teams consisting of engineering, UX, and QA tobuildtools, website, and app experiences for Monats Market PartnersGain a deep understanding ofMarket Partnerexperiences, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas thatwill help Monat fulfill its mission and business goalsProvidestrategic and tactical visiontoMonat senior executivesandstakeholdersas it pertains to our software products and their evolution. Ensure a well-formed and prioritized roadmap and backlog of work is always available to ensure optimal utilization of the Applications Engineering teamsDevelop userstories, epics and themesand ensure that they provide the organizationwith maximum valueandare aligned withthe overallproduct strategyLead thecreation of Market Partnerproduct release plans and setsexpectation for delivery of new functionalityProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successfuldelivery of internal and external commitmentsLead the researchandanalysis of externalmarkettrends andMonats personas as applicableProvide guidance and leadership on the visual and user experience aspects of software product designUtilize analytics and data to drive quantitativedecision-makingregarding features and functionalityMonitor, track and controlproduct releaseoutcomes tounderstand and communicate actual business results achieved.Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study 5 years of full lifecycle product management experience,working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environmentLeverage data driven insights through a test and learn approach using experimentation and an iterative approach anchored in clear objectives.Solid technical background withexperience in managing web and/or mobile productsExcellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills,including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others.Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations tonon-technical audiences includingexecutive managementStrong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying prioritiesBuild and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands andwith a focus on customer service.Proven ability to drive results and accountability within his/her team and across the organization.Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple cross-functional areas in order to achieve a common business objectivePreferred:Master's Degree
