Responsibilities: Fidelis Cybersecurity is looking for a senior cloud security product manager to join our team Were looking for a self-starting team player who can develop and drive execution of the CSPM/CWPP roadmap for the Halo cloud security platform, enabling our customers to succeed by solving problems related to securing infrastructure and application assets in dynamic public cloud environments. The best candidates will have a strong background in infosec and IaaS/PaaS that can be applied to modern application infrastructure, and a desire to use that knowledge to deliver mission-critical customer solutions in some of the largest and most sophisticated cloud deployments on the planet.You must be able to communicate well with all areas of the company. You will work with engineering counterparts to define product release requirements. You will work with product marketing and marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, interfacing regularly with the sales channel and key customers.Responsibilities:Be a go-to, top level product expert on the Fidelis Halo (CloudPassage) platformManage a collaborative process of product strategy and roadmap definitionDeliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and detailed engineering storiesManage competitive intelligence and maintain competitive battle cardsPresent at technical conferences and other technical eventsPlan and execute alpha, beta, and pilot programs with early-stage products and featuresPerform triage of customer issues; balance and prioritize engineering efforts across new features, feature enhancements, bug fixes, and debtSupport development of sales tools and collateralTrain sales representatives, sales engineers, and customer success personal on product capabilitiesDevelop new product positioning and messaging for new featuresEnhance existing product positioning and messaging to improve market position and market share Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, and marketing.Ability to evolve product strategy based on customer input, product telemetry, independent research, and industry trends.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.US Citizenship is REQUIRED for this position.Education/Experience8 years of related product management work experience, especially in infrastructure & cloud securityLast 3 years of experience directly related to cloud security product managementBA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent (MBA a plus)Diversity is important to us:At the heart of our company is a diverse group of employees who rely on their intimate knowledge of customer requirements and a unique blend of skill and innovation to develop and deliver the best possible products and services.
