Overview: Were seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team and lead our efforts to create the leading technology enabled healthcare staffing company. Reporting to our SVP of Product, youll create the strategy for updating our internal and external technology.In early 2021 we brought together trustaff, CardioSolution, Fastaff, US Nursing, and Stella.ai to create the fourth-largest travel nurse staffing company in the United States. Our new company (name TBD), will leverage cutting-edge technology to quickly align specialized healthcare professionals around the United States with temporary critical assignments at healthcare systems nationwide. Coming off our heroic success placing providers to fight COVID-19, our team is positioned to make an incredibly important impact to ensure uninterrupted quality patient care in America.Responsibilities:Gain a deep understanding of our healthcare professionals and be able to define and guide an online experienceIntegrate disparate experiences and technologies across our legacy companiesCreate a product strategy through user and competitive research and evangelize that product strategy in the organizationTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritize a roadmap based on clear business metricsHelp build our engineering team and work with them to build the solutions we needManage product launches across multiple stakeholder groups in our businessRepresent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and servicesYoull need to have:3-5 years of digital product management experienceProven track record of managing all aspects of successful product developmentPassion for solving customer problems, developing strategies and roadmaps, and executing those plans to bring valueExperience with using qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisionsInspiring, engaging and clear communication style; optimistic and forward-lookingAn interest in healthcareWed love to see:Background in consumer facing products, eCommerce, healthcare, or online marketplacesExperience with A/B testing and analyticsExperience working with a mix of legacy and new tech stacks and merging two experiences togetherPay Range: $135K, based on location, qualifications and experienceBenefits package includes: Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, Company-paid Life & Disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, Paid Time off, Paid Parental Leave, and Tuition Reimbursement.
