Overview: The Senior Digital Product Manager leads the portfolio of digital solutions that support Tactile Medical therapies. This highly visible role will identify new solutions, develop marketing requirements, translate needs and priorities to product development, champion user testing, formulate launch and ongoing release plans, drive user adoption and provide on-market support. This person is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of all digital solutions within the therapy portfolio. You will work with key stakeholders to analyze the market, competition, customer needs, and identify product opportunities to deliver on business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, defining digital product features based on internal and external needs Set marketing requirements for digital products/solutions working with integrated design and development teams Collaborate closely with experience design, information technology, systems architect and vendors to deliver digital solutions that ensure an exceptional online experience for Tactile stakeholders Evaluate market and internal stakeholder needs to develop solutions to drive market growth and user adoption in digital products; Champion user testing to prioritize roadmap and optimize performance Maintain and grow strong field sales team interaction and alignment to ensure proper development, communication, understanding, and adoption of best practices Develop market analyses, business metrics, and utilization reporting for digital products and implement marketing tactics to affect success Drive initiates and projects to completion on-time and within budget Develop understanding and stay informed on market landscape, clinical developments, payer landscape, and competitive intelligence Maintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education & ExperienceRequired: Bachelors Degree in marketing, engineering or related field 7-10 years of relevant digital product management experience within medical device or consumer health solutions Extensive practical experience and understanding of app and web design, App development and maintenance, information architecture, web content strategy, usability and accessibility, user experience design Fluency in Web technology, including front-end technology, back-end technology, social media, and mobile applicationsPreferred: MBAKnowledge & Skills Particularly adept at effective communication with app developers, user design, data engineers, system architects and firmware teams Proven success developing market/product strategies and execution plans Proven ability to assimilate consumer/user feedback into actionable features/experiences Demonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result, using resources effectively and efficiently Demonstrated ability to strategically create and analyze business metrics and make informed action plans Self-directed, internally motivated and driven Effective formal and informal presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent follow through, attention to detail and time management skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Competencies: Change Agent Influencing Strategic Flexible Collaboration Communication Priority Setting Peer Relationships Problem Solving Visionary
