Iridium is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Partner Integration to join the Sales & Business Development team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a select group of Iridium Development partners as they work with various Iridium Technologies to design, develop and launch mission critical products into land, maritime, IoT, aviation and IoT markets. The successful candidate will have the ability to closely manage Iridium and Partner resources, deal with complex issues and technologies and lead a team to a successful commercialization, driving revenue to the partner and to Iridium. What Youll Do: Manage Iridium partner interactions to ensure timely implementation of partner products and enhancement of revenue streams. Develop Iridium partner and Iridium product management requirements for operations (gateway, billing, and provisioning systems) projects.Manage projects during development phase, ensuring that requirements and issues are properly communicated with supporting organizations and are addressed appropriately.Manage partners through Iridiums certification process, including hosting of regular technical meetings and ensuring successful launch. Develop Iridium Certus partner dashboards to internally track the development status of partners and identify outstanding items inhibiting progress.Craft solutions to create new and/or improved existing partner processes and tools.Oversee development of training and provide support to the channel manager team, sales teams, and partners via technical presentations, sales training material, white papers, lab demonstrations, and other customer engagements and activitiesWhat Youll Need to Succeed:Demonstrated ability to proactively build and manage relationships, including those with senior leadership, through effective interpersonal and relationship skills. Includes the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated business process understanding and working with operations, finance, accounting, and legal.Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects with cross functional teams.Be able to analyze a situation or problem, generate effective solutions, and see those solutions through to completionExceptional computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet researchExceptional communicator (Oral, Verbal, and Written) with ability to persuade individuals and groupsProficiency in foreign languages a plus Experience & Education Requirements / EEO: Things You Must Bring to the Table:BS/BA in Business, Science, Communications, or related field. MBA or Masters degree preferred.10 years experience, with 5 years in Product Management/customer support role. Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:Experience with Engineering a plus.
