Overview: Ntrepid is a product-oriented company delivering a variety of powerful information security solutions to both commercial and government customers. We are looking for several Product Managers to join our company at a critical period of growth and development for us. Our Product Managers solve customer problems by setting the vision and direction for a product and leading a cross-functional team to execute against their plan. Each Product Manager is responsible for managing a roadmap for products at various stages of maturity and growth. You will be expected to fill the gap and balance the relationship that exists between the business, technology, and user experience. We want our Product Managers to investigate what our customers really need and then work within a team to determine how to best meet that need while balancing time and resource constraints. The role is focused on providing a clear path for our Tech Leads by understanding the current customer base, the current market and future customer needs. A successful candidate will be comfortable with developing a product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and achieve aggressive targets.We are looking for people who enjoy a challenge, like to problem solve and are energized by having every day be different. Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter visionary for one or more of Ntrepids products and offeringsDrive the strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for a product or product lineExecute disciplined and effective product development processesCollaborate with Tech Leads to create user stories and prioritize backlogs that solve customer pain points and enhance user satisfactionDevelop and clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to customersMonitor the competitive landscape to understand market opportunities and trends to better inform the product roadmapAnalyze product usage statistics and patterns and identify new metrics for successProvide input on user-interface design and the customer experience using a mix of usage data and customer needsWork with Marketing and Technical Writers to develop content for Sales presentations, demos, and training Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship requiredBA/BS required (Computer Science, Marketing or Business is a plus)5 years managing a complex Enterprise level product with substantial revenue2 years of experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum processesExceptional analytical skills, able to identify and prioritize customer problems and map to new products and featuresAbility to work autonomously with little help or direction Exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex issues to a wide range of audiencesStrong attention to detail with a great track record of working with engineering and design teamsProactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
