From refinancing your debt to buying your first home, our team is leading the way for innovation at First Republic. : Common goals, uncommon potentialThe Senior Product Manager will be joining the Eagle Lending Product Team that focuses on transforming and improving the digital experience for our colleagues on the internal suite of products that serve our Professional Loan Program clients. A successful candidate will have experience in the Fintech/Lending space and in managing multiple projects from driving ideation, getting stakeholder buy-in, roadmap prioritization all the way to feature rollouts, gathering user feedback and driving adoption. This is a high-impact role tackling both strategic and operational challenges, with a high level of ownership, visibility, and responsibility.What youll do as a Senior Product Manager:Partner with team members to define a clear strategy, roadmap, requirements and deliverables including measurable outcomes and key metricsWork with internal stakeholders including end-users, Analytics, Business Operations, Credit and other teams to bring to life creative solutions to help improve their day to dayOwn product roadmap and backlog implementation schedules with the Engineering Team to ensure timely delivery in an agile setupInterpret results to understand the impact on user satisfaction as well as costs / benefits to our businessMake tough priority calls and trade-offs balancing available time, resources and critical business needs backed by sound impact analysisBuild people independent scalable processes and implement best practices as part of the agile scrumNavigate a complex organization and variety of stakeholders to gain buy-in for new initiatives and lead cross functional projectsDefine and own a set of highly visible metrics and be the interface between your team and leadership on these measurable outcomesEvaluate partner versus build decisions to deliver on roadmap priorities aimed at leveraging existing and emerging technologies to reinvent colleague experienceAct with a sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, go beyond boundaries of what your job description statesChampion our culture and values : You could be a great fit if you have:8 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience as a Product ManagerPrior experience mentoring a group of talented Product Managers and/or Business AnalystsExperience in at least one of the following areas:Building enterprise software and/or internal toolsFintech product managementLendingDeep customer focus and experience with researching and determining end user needsA highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded approach with an ability to tackle complex problems in an organized wayComfortability working closely with developers, QA/testers, subject matter experts to get project requirements scoped, built, tested and experience with Agile developmentStrong organization and planning skills. Ability to focus on multiple workstreams without compromising resultsDemonstrable record of successfully influencing without authority and across levels of a broader organizationSuperb communication skills, both verbal and written.
